Hilda’s restaurant, named after one of Gårda’s 18th century school headmistresses, aspires to make food as it used to be curated and prepared: bread made from freshly-milled flour, vegetables from the farmer across town, mushrooms direct from the forest.
Though thanks to 21st century abundance and the inspiration of cuisines from around the world, Hilda’s buffet tables feature a bounty of food that Hilda herself could only have dreamed of!
Each day we prepare food from whole, fresh ingredients according to a new cuisine. Greek, Indian, Swedish, Italian… tastes from around the world converge at Garda’s most exciting lunch spot!
